A brief note on how we handle orders and why every GHOHARY piece is final sale.
Each GHOHARY gown is handcrafted exclusively for you — a bespoke creation that begins the moment you place your order. Fabric is cut to your measurements, embellishment is applied by hand, and the piece is finished over four to six weeks in our Dubai Design District atelier.
Because every piece is made individually, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. This applies to all orders, without exception.
We would rather take the time to help you choose correctly than have you feel uncertain. Our atelier team is available on WhatsApp to guide you through sizing, fabric, and fit before you commit. Please take a moment with our Size Guide and reach out with any question at all.
If a piece arrives damaged through shipping, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photographs of the outer packaging and the garment. Shipping damage is handled case by case with our courier.
