Yes. Every GHOHARY piece is handcrafted to your order in our Al Wahda, Dubai atelier.
Online orders are produced in the closest size from our size chart. Production typically takes four to six weeks from the moment your order is confirmed. Bespoke measurements are reserved for couture commissions placed in person at the atelier.
Because each piece is made individually for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Ready-to-wear is dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Once dispatched, UAE delivery takes 2 to 3 business days and all other countries 7 to 10.

No. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and is paid by the customer. We do not offer free shipping on any order.
Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are charged by the destination country, not by GHOHARY. Where a country applies them, they are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid by the customer on arrival.

All pieces are dry clean only. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For beadwork and embroidery, specialist couture dry-cleaning is advised.
